Terms of Service
US Techs Register, established in 2019, operates as a public registry documenting significant technological developments, investments, and innovations within the United States. This service is maintained as an archival resource, with content contributed by users and curated for historical and analytical reference. All data submitted is subject to verification processes to ensure accuracy and relevance to the tech ecosystem. The Registry does not claim ownership of user-submitted content but retains the right to display, index, and archive contributions for public access.
Users retain full intellectual property rights to their contributions, but by submitting content, they grant US Techs Register a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute the material for the purpose of maintaining the registry. No content may be submitted that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or patents. The Registry reserves the right to remove any contribution deemed unlawful, harmful, or inconsistent with its archival mission. Users are responsible for ensuring their submissions comply with all applicable laws and do not violate the rights of others.
All users agree to represent and warrant that their submissions are original, accurate, and free from misleading or defamatory information. The Registry is not liable for inaccuracies, omissions, or errors in user-provided data, nor for the actions of third parties using registered content. Users must not attempt to circumvent technical measures protecting the Registry’s intellectual property or reproduce, modify, or distribute archived material without explicit permission. Unauthorized use of the Registry’s content, including scraping or automated data extraction, is prohibited.
US Techs Register makes no guarantees regarding the availability, performance, or uninterrupted operation of the service. The Registry disclaims all liability for damages arising from reliance on registry data, including but not limited to financial loss, business interruption, or reputational harm. Users are solely responsible for their use of the service and any consequences thereof. The Registry may update these Terms of Service at any time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of such changes.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes arising from the use of US Techs Register must be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. For questions or concerns, users are directed to the Contact Us page for further assistance. The Registry reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms without prior notice.
